Jayakrishnan Mannatil having 20 plus years of rich experience in the Agro, Grain processing sectors and storage sectors and having worked for world renowned MNCs decided to give customer specific solutions in the Agro and grain processing industry and thus Mastermind Associates Technical consulting services (MATCS) was born.
One of the verticals of Mastermind Associates is in the HR consulting, training and recruitment services.
The other vertical is in the Agro and Grain processing related Technical Consulting services (MATCS)
MMA – HR mainly focuses on the non-IT sectors, providing the right manpower to meet both the Client and the candidate aspirations. This provides the potential candidates the required progression in their career and job roles.
MATCS is mainly focused in providing the customers in the Agro and Grain processing sectors with practical and economically viable solutions to expand their existing business or in planning, delivering, executing and successfully completing new green field projects.
MATCS has capability to deliver the required customer solutions with their vast experience and specific expertise in this field mainly into the Agro and Grain processing machines, Grain Silo storage systems & Handling equipment, Field execution expertise & Turnkey Project Management capabilities.
